about healing and reconciliation. The ministry assists prisoners in
dealing with every day practical situations. The ministry impresses
upon the local churchthe importance of the call, the charge and the
mandate of the church to minister to those who are incarcerated.
SECURITY MINISTRY
The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Security ministry serves to
implement plans and procedures for dealing with a whole
range of security issues. Special emphasis is placed on keeping
the Pastor as well as parishioners safe while participating in
worship at the church and during church sponsored activities.
SENIOR CHOIR MINISTRY
The Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Senior Choir ministers
through inspirational singing. The Senior Choir ministry sets
the atmosphere for the word of God to be preached and
received by all who attend the worship experience. The Senior
choir rehearses each Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. except
on the Tuesday before the third Sunday of each month.
SENIOR CITZENS MINISTRY
This ministry works to meet the unique needs
of the Senior Citizens of the church.
USHER BOARD MINISTRY
Ushers are servants that are doorkeepers in the House of God and
guard it all times during the service. They prepare the Church
and see that it is in proper condition for the worship services.
SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY
The Sunday School Ministry is designed to serve as a
Christian Education School for both members and non-
members. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday.
WEBSITE DESIGN MINISTRY
The website design ministry specializes in all the graphic
arts design needs of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Their
responsibilities includes keeping the church website, IPhone
application, and the Android phone application software
updated. They also specialize in making flyers, tickets,
programs, invitations and many other graphic arts products.
